Registration fee includes breakfasts, reception and theme dinner for registrants only. The 3 day conference fee is $595.
A 1 day conference fee of $250 includes one theme dinner. Residents and Allied Health Professionals can attend the conference for either 1 day or 3 days for $250.
All course cancellations received before January 27th, 2018 will be levied an administration fee of $45. Refunds can only be processed on return of original receipt. Receipts must be received within 30 days of the date scheduled for the course.
