Registration Fees

Registration fee include the conference, online resources, all meals and social events. This includes breakfast each day before the start of presentations, a cocktail reception with food on Friday night and a banquet dinner on Saturday night.

For one day registrations, only one social event will be included with your registration.

Refund Policy

All course cancellations received before January 5, 2025 will be levied an administration fee of $45. No refunds will be issued after January 5, 2025.
